Assistant Scoutmaster David Wormald, an experienced climber, organized and led the climbing expedition for Troop 208 and Explorer Post 208 to Pilot Mountain.

The group gathers for some last minute instructions Mr. Wormald and Scouts before leaving the parking lot.

As we exit the lot for the trail to the cliffs, we are greeted by an ominous sign! Ominous Sign!

We began the day rappelling down a rock cliff. Here, Mr. Wormald commands at the top as Scout Kevin Miller Kevin Miller descending descends.

Later, Scout Neil Link Neil Link climbing attempts an upward climb.
