February Campout at Optimist Farm

Troop 208 camped at Optimist Farm in Raleigh, February 20 and 21, 1998.

Later in the afternoon, the troop played soccer on the field in the first photo. The Scoutmasters and Dads have YET to recover from this activity. The winning team benefited from a great kick by Adam Badders.

On Sunday, we did not need to rush, since the campout was so close to home. After breakfast, the tents were taken down, and the packs lined up to depart.The packs are lined up ready to leave.

Before we piled into the cars, we performed the morning Flag ceremony, Troop 208 salutes the flag.
 and a church ceremony. Then we headed home.
