You can click on any of the photos below to see it full-size.
Troop 208 journeyed to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort on Saturday February 28, 1998. We arrived at Camp Ginger Cascades on Friday, stayed overnight, and spent Saturday at the ski resort. We stayed overnight at the camp again on Saturday night and headed home Sunday Morning.
Cyrus Atkins joins Assistant Scoutmaster Tom Link to complete the requirements for the Skiing merit badge.
Kyle Ryan also worked on the requirement for this merit badge. Here he stands on the Load Off trail.
John Couture is ready to go at the middle lift of the Upper Flying Mile trail.

Aditya Devalapalli and his Dad stand beside the edge of the snow at the Ski School. It was 50 degrees at the lodge and the only snow to be seen in the area was on the mountain.

Cryus Atkins and Chris Couture step off the green chair lift at the top of Big Birch trail.

Michael Mayse and J.D. Dove graduated from the Ski School. This was the last time you could find them by the rope tow. They spent the rest of the day on more challenging trails.
Assistant Scoutmaster Steve Williams ponders the meaning of a few minutes rest while J.D Dove munches. Bryan Block is in the background.
Ben Hanley is happy that we are done for the day, but he seemed especially pleased with his skiing.
