Brown Sea Island. Lord Baden Powell, founder of the Boy Scouts held his first camp here on this privately owned island in 1907. The property is now owned by a public trust and still allows the Boy Scouts to conduct camping and activities on the south eastern portion of the island.
Troop 208 takes lunch at the Scout Lodge and listens to a guide explain the sights along the trials of Brown Sea Island.
Mr. John Harrison and Parker Harrison try their skill at the Kudu Horn. The Kudu horn was introduced to Boy Scouts by Lord Baden Powell from his travels in Africa.
